Employment Visa

Dependent Visa or family visa

A person married to a resident of Dubai can apply for a dependent visa. This visa is for the spouse, parents, and children younger than 18 years and must be unmarried. To apply for this visa a resident of Dubai must have to sponsor their family member and complete their documentation by showing the proofs.

Student Visa

Dubai has better opportunities for international students also. If you want to study in Dubai, it is important that your relative living in Dubai or University will sponsor you. This is 1-year visa, which later on can be extended.

Investor visa

This type of visa is for those who want to invest a certain amount of money in Dubai based company. Dubai is a tax-free country thus there are many who wish to invest and earn tax-free capital gains. In this, an immigrant can invest in some Dubai-based company or set up their own company.

Property owner visa

Investing in residential property more than AED 10, 00,000 can make a person get a residential visa. After getting this visa, a person can sponsor their family to migrate to Dubai.

Naturalization

Foreigners living in Dubai are not granted citizenship of Dubai often. Children born in Dubai get citizenship of Dubai by birth. Children who those born to Dubai citizen outside the country may apply for citizenship after 18 years.
